- Alternation between 2 JIGs improves productivity.
One JIG works 5 products at the same time. Right after the JIG finishes its task the other JIG takes it over, reducing time loss during product attachment and removal and improving productivity.
- Vacuum suction of the injected and setting of positions at JIGs enable precise sealing.
Each JIG is designed to vacuum suck and fix the injected to minimize the fraction defective.
Precision nozzles are used for precision sealing. The embedded automatic suction sucks off liquid and prevents it from forming at the ends of nozzles after discharge, leading to higher stability.
- 32 bit CUP and IPM (Intelligent Power Module).
The newest 32 bit CPU and IPM secure high- speed operation and control so that various delicate jobs can be performed without difficulty.
- Enough control capacity (100 jobs, 1job=1,000 steps x 1,000 points) is optimum for multi - item, multi - function jobs.
- Makes it possible to seal as desired in three -dimensional spaces including circumferential pitch(CP), point - to - point(P.T.P.), arc, cycle, and liner.
- AC Servo Motor.
The AC Servo motor used for the front shaft minimizes load change ; direct teaching when entering position data ; and highly reliable.
- Precision ball screw and linear bearing.
Precision ball screws and linear bearings provide higher mechanical strength and precision and reduce wear.
